I wanted to take this opportunity to really express my gratitude and how appreciative my entire group and I were of the job Rebecca did. From our initial conversation, Rebecca sold me on the location and accommodations. She assured me that she would take great care of me and my group, and she kept every word. As soon as we arrived she was extremely pleasant, professional and answered any questions we had. Any time we needed something, whether it was a recommendation, setting up an activity or attending to an issue with the condo, she was on top of it. I never felt as though I was bothering her, and she was very happy to assist us with any request. My entire group loved her. What really made Rebecca stand out was when she checked in with us about our flights and transportation to the airport. This was significant because I informed her we did not need assistance, but she still made sure to check in and help.

I have traveled to many places, both for business and pleasure, and I can say she was the best concierge I have ever dealt with. I have already recommended this location to several people and highlighted that the service we received from Rebecca was one of the main reasons they should book with your company.

I want to commend the entire staff at Costa Rica Dream Makers, particularly Stephanie Gazo. They went above and beyond to accommodate all the family and friends who rotated through as Linda and I stayed in Jacó for a month. The attention to detail focused on our comfort and enjoyment, even to the point of locating additional patio furniture. Their advice was always spot on, from the restaurants to frequent to which tours and activities best suited our various age groups. If you are looking for a true white-glove experience, I recommend you call and listen to their advice.

Just wanted to take a moment to thank you for a fabulous vacation! It beat all expectations—the condo was awesome, and the excursions were all amazing!! We're not sure who loved it more, the kids or mom and dad! Thanks for all your suggestions and for making this the best vacation we've ever had!!

I have never written a review for anything before; however, this apartment and our vacation were so amazing I felt I had to! I wish we could live there year-round. My husband and I got to spend quality time with our grown sons and daughters-in-law in a family environment instead of staying in separate hotel rooms. Renso, our concierge, was absolutely amazing. He made our dream vacation come true. We were able to do everything we wanted with Renso's help. I cannot explain how awesome it was to tell him what we wanted to do and have him take care of all the details. The 10-In-One Adventure is a must-see and must-do! I also loved Manuel Antonio Park and Tortuga Island. Be sure to stop for groceries on the way to the apartment. The resort is beautiful and access to the golf cart made it very easy to reach the pool, beach and restaurants. The only downside was that it was not very close to some of the activities we chose, but even that was not bad because Renso took care of all the travel arrangements. I give it 10 stars! Thanks so much, Elise and Renso, for the vacation of a lifetime!

When you're traveling to Costa Rica, it's a must to use Costa Rica Dream Makers. We just got back from an eight-day trip. We have been to the country on two other occasions and used other services. Dream Makers is on another level altogether!

They were efficient, bilingual and reasonably priced. Dream Makers booked a number of activities for us, including ATVs, ziplining and jet skis. Their drivers were courteous, on time and informative.

We also used Dream Makers for transportation to and from the airport. When Dream Makers says your driver will arrive at the airport in an air-conditioned van with drinks and speak English, it's true! If you've been to Costa Rica before, you know this is not a given.

I specifically recommend you call Stephanie with Dream Makers. She spent so much time with me on the phone before our trip, making suggestions for my kids and patiently explaining all the activities and options. She was specific about how far certain activities were from our hotel and why we might or might not want to participate. She was candid if something was not a good fit for our family. She was not just sell, sell, sell! In dealing with other services, they do not always tell you how far away an activity is, and you can end up spending more time in the van than doing the activity.

Before our trip she sent a guide with all the services they offer—about 40. We booked and confirmed everything with her before leaving Texas. She's the best!

When we go back next summer, we count on Stephanie and Dream Makers to take care of our family.

It was such a pleasure to work with all of you from start to finish. Your attention to every detail and logistics was obvious, as every activity and the wedding went off without a hitch. And can I just say that the wedding decorations were stunning? You and the florist outdid yourselves. It was breathtaking!

Because of our complete confidence in your professionalism, Dennis and I were able to relax and join in the fun of the celebration. You created a joyous and memorable event for us, Jessica and Eric, and all of our guests. I cannot tell you how many guests told us it was the most fun, most beautiful and overall best wedding they had ever attended. It truly was all of those things for me!

I feel a little sad that now that the wedding is over we do not have as much of an excuse to make trips down to Costa Rica. You were all so pleasant and friendly during our planning trips that you made them a fun experience as well.

This note comes to you from all of us with a truly sincere thank you. We cannot find enough words to describe our appreciation for the time you gave us from the very beginning, when I discovered Bahia Encantada on the internet. Your direction and information led us to stay there, and are we ever glad and thankful. We love that place. We found it comfortable, convenient to everything and friendly, with everything we needed or wanted. Every unit was perfect for us.

From the beginning, you gave us attention in every detail. From the fog delaying our arrival to your kindness in helping the two young men who arrived on time, you went beyond the usual check-in. You stayed with them to make sure everything was handled, then had your driver pick up the rest of us later that evening. That meant so much to every one of us.

When we arrived at Bahia Encantada, there you were waiting. To think that late at night you would be there for us, taking us to our units and showing us the properties, was impressive. On top of everything else, you had food, wine and beer for us. We cannot express enough our gratitude for the generosity, warmth and hospitality you showed. It did not go unnoticed by anyone in our group.

We all loved Jacó Beach. It is such a precious and priceless place. We felt at home there and loved everything Jacó had to offer. The boys are still talking about returning, and so are all of us. Since it was our first time in Costa Rica, none of us knew what to expect, but now we know how warm, friendly and outstanding this part of the world is—a true gem of a place.

Once again, our deepest thanks and utmost appreciation for making our stay so comfortable, warm and enjoyable. You deserve so much credit for always making yourselves available, being there for us and giving us such care and consideration. Our travels to other parts of the world have not seen anything like this. It gives us such positive feelings about you, Costa Rica and Jacó.

First off, it is not a matter of if I will go back; it is only a matter of when I will return to Jacó. The town was charming and, thanks to stellar recommendations by the property manager, we had a marvelous time.

When I go back to Jacó, the only moment I will spend thinking about where to stay is if this place is not available! It was immaculate, nicer than I expected and more tastefully appointed than I expected—and we expect a lot!

We are traveling event photographers. We are regularly hosted at the finest properties in the world, from swanky boutique hotels and historic gems with white gloves to mega-glam hot spots. You have to work hard to exceed our expectations. That being said, our experience at Monte Rey was top drawer! The published rate was nothing close to the level of accommodations and guidance we received. I feel like we won the online booking lottery!

Larry makes himself available as a restaurant critic, tour guide, local historian and all-around great host. Just ask. Ten minutes with him and you feel as if you are staying in his home, not his rental property. He is genuinely interested in your stay being a positive one.

The rooms are big. The furniture is nice. Security is spot-on. Check out the pictures and read the other reviews. This place is really nice. Surf is close, and there is a boutique surfboard maker less than half a block away that rents boards.

Just stopping by to say thank you for everything. It was a great experience, as always.

Next time we'll schedule more activities with you if my friends and I stop vacationing as if we were rock stars or something! I hope we did not annoy you with our phone calls or the mess we left behind. I wanted to clean the place, but once again we had a long night and rushed to get to the airport.
